Could I recommend one more beach read? Sherry Harris’s From Beer to Eternity, the first in the Chloe Jackson Sea Glass Saloon mysteries, just came out this week. It’s set in a beach bar in the Florida panhandle and stars a children’s librarian turned waitress/reluctant bartender who seeks to solve the murder of a bar customer, saving her best friend’s grandmother–and maybe herself–in the process.
